Heroes… they are mysterious beings but they are powerful and are definitely not common. They are as rare as they'll be, as only natural born humans from a certain world are able to become one, with a few special exceptions. This world, dubbed by the legendaries is called the “Reality World.” Currently, there is no real source for discovery of this unfathomable power, but the legendaries and the Pokémon who summon the humans believed that the entity comes from all the life forms of the Pokémon World and the eternal soul of the Pokémon world itself and it was hypothesized that they are the ones who decide who is worthy to be a Hero. (Voice of Life, Dark Matter, Bittercold, Tree of Life, Mew’s Soul, Force of the Time Gears, etc…).
The purpose of the Heroes is keep the Pokémon World and all dimensions and universes beyond outside the Pokémon World from destruction. The life forms of the Pokémon World task them to aid the legendaries and all Human Summoners as they are the messengers to the world’s life forms.
There is no real ceremony or celebration to officially bestow this particular gift upon someone. (Though it can be arranged for congratulatory purposes).
There are different type of Heroes but each one is a Pure Human with very specific exception. At random moments, they will gain a small amount of special power and aura which corresponds to their personality and beliefs, at that point they are given a Hero title. The power they have is a fraction of their full potential but once the chosen Hero truly understands, accepts and believes in what they stand for, they will unlock complete control of their abilities and obtain their special item. They can do this in one of these ways:
1) The Hero’s aura will glow bright and their body will surge with power granting them full control of the their power. The lifeforms of the Pokémon World will directly form an item that the Hero feel best suits them.
2) The Legendaries, Human Summoners, or certain Heroes can take them to the “Heroes Shrine” where they can have their full power bestowed upon them by the lifeforms of the Pokémon World. Should their will be tested and deemed worthy, they will be bestowed their special item.
3) Though may not always happen, but about half the time, the child of a Hero will have a brand showing that they are a successor of their parent's Hero's Power
All of the Hero Items and auras will be different but there are some similarities between them:
- All Hero Items are locked to their respective owners. They cannot be used by anyone else. Even if it's stolen, the owner can cause it to disappear and have it reappear on them at will.
- The Hero must remain strong willed and minded, if they lose their will or mind, their aura and item if they're holding it will either harm them or take control of them.
- While in combat, if a Hero is pushed to their limits, they can enter an “Awakened” form where their aura and items have a far more potent effect.
Though they are not immortal, upon near-death, if their will is strong enough, they can revive themselves and recover from all their injuries in a flash, however since the user must be completely focused and in-tune with their aura, item and will, the chances of this occurring is slightly small. Each Hero has a flaw that is considered fatal and even life-threatening so they train rigorously to overcome those weaknesses.
Once the chosen person has become a full-fledged Hero with their special item, all of them can use a move that is shared between all the Heroes: Arcana Summons. They will be surrounded in an aura and an Arcana Card representing the Spirit of the Legendary/Mythic Pokemon will come down, signaling the lifeforms of the Pokemon World to come to their aid, particularly by sending the Legendary/Mythic Pokemon to provide assistance.
However, in very dire situations, the lifeforms themselves will lend their personal support to help the Heroes when their aura and Arcana Card appears red, which shows that the Hero really requires assistance. This is called Burst Summon.
Depending on the circumstances, even alternate beings of the Main Hero can use Arcana Summons and Burst Summon.
Time for the best part, which Heroes are here and now?
Hero of Shadow: One of the most powerful and the most well-known Hero in the universe, however it is also one that strikes fear into many. This name is given to the one who embraces the dark and sees it as a home rather than a state of depression. They believe that the dark will break through the day and is stronger, yet they do allow a bit of light to come through to strike a small balance between the two. Strong willed, yet can be clouded with dark thought words that they wish to say but let’s light stop them before going too far, and one who uses envy as a strength while showing a caring side. This Hero-Title is the most mysterious one and because of this, there is only a single Hero of Shadow as of now. When he reaches his Awakened form, his item’s roar can tear time and space itself and even shake the sky. It even has the power to control time itself. He can even shroud any light in pure darkness.
