Strategist Snivy, Lucina (Tsutarja)

Wow, you have no idea how long I've been wanting to reveal this OC.  At long last, meet the second member of Team Awakeners and Morgan's mother, Lucina!  Her alias name is Tsutarja.

- Overview -
Lucina is an exceptional explorer and saved the world from Dark Matter.  She is part of the Pokemon Expedition Society and the second in command, member of Team Awakeners.  Her serious, yet determined demeanor really brings sparks of hope to crestfallen Pokemon around her and it appears to be lucky for her teammates and the Expedition Society members as they seem succeed in even the most dire situations.  Her luck appears to be really good, that a majority of the time, she's not on the receiving end of a Critical Hit.  However, her flaw is that she is somewhat fragile so she needs to steer clear of any potential attack.  However, despite her flaws, she is a talented Ex-human that's a valuable member to her team and the Expedition Society.

Current Class: Strategist (For my OCs, Strategists and Valkyries are completely different classes)

Next Class: Great Lord or Grandmaster.

Re-class Options: Sky Knight

Favorite Item: Parallel Falchion - An Exhalt's sword that is lethal against Dragons and grants additional Combat Speed for a follow-up attack. (+15%)

Apparel Worn:
Lord's Attire - Grants additional Attack (+5%)

Looplet - Allows Emeras to be placed into it to grant certain abilities.

Harmony Scarf - Made from a the Tree of Life.  While it's major purpose and effects is unknown, it increases the effects of support boosts, the better the relationship is with the ally that is being supported.

- Special Skills as of now -

Awakened Ties (Personal Skill): She grants adjacent allies a slight increase in Accuracy, Evade, Critical Rate, and Crit. Dodge. (+5%)

Aether: She strikes twice, using Sol and Luna skills in succession that is too quick for the target to retaliate immediately.

Charming Aura: Nearby allies deal slightly more damage in combat.
