Legendary Summoner, Kiran/Summoner Justin

Thank god I finished this today.  This was way long overdue, but here is the next Justin counterpart.  Kiran, otherwise known as Summoner Justin.

So this OC kind of breaks the format of all my other OCs in where, there is no skills or really anything, as he is ill-suited for battle, but in a similar vein, he like my other OCs you've seen.


~ Overview ~
He is another one of Justin's counterparts.  He is the legendary summoner that has been rumored within the Pokemon World.  He has no moves as well as neither swords, lances, axes and the like; he is also incapable of learning or using of them at all making him rather ill-suited for combat.

 However, he isn't helpless as he wields a legendary relic called the Breidablik.  This allows him to summon up different Pokemon from any location, though he can only summon so many Pokemon at once.  Having the legendary relic is a necessity since there are only 5 Breidabliks in existence (Two of which are given to himself and Justin) and only he and Justin can bestow such a relic.

The rarity of things he can summon varies by star rank, as it can be a common 3 star Pokemon or a very rare 5 star hero.  No matter what come out though, the Breidablik makes him a very powerful Pokemon even though he appears to an ill-suited counterpart of Justin.
